Job Overview:
Brooks Services is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our internal systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry
  • Organize and categorize information according to company standards
  • Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies
  • Assist with generating basic reports as required
  • Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work remotely and meet daily/weekly deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
